Using this website
This is a static website hosted by Netlify. The website itself does not ask you to create an account. Its current code does not run advertising or analytics trackers. Our hosting provider may process technical information, such as IP address and browser details, to deliver and secure the site.
When you email us
We use the contact details and message you send to understand and respond to your enquiry, coordinate related work and keep necessary organisational records. Please share only what is needed at first. In particular, do not send medical records, identity documents or another person's personal information in an initial incident email.
Donations and campaign forms
Our once-off donation form sends the amount you choose to PayFast. Payment details are entered on PayFast, not on this website. The Cape Town campaign may link to a Google Form or other external service. Those services handle information under their own privacy terms; review them before submitting.
Links, documents and video
Some resources link to other organisations' websites or to YouTube. Video preview images on our video and reform pages are supplied by YouTube, so visiting those pages may request an image from YouTube before you click. The videos themselves open in a new tab on YouTube; no player loads on this website. PDF documents on this site are served directly from our hosting provider.
Your choices
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, request a correction, or ask us to delete information where applicable. Email us using the address above, and we will respond after checking the request and any obligations to retain a record.
